Ingredients:
· Rice 100 g
· Red dates 10
· Dried longan 30 g
· Water 1000 ml
· Rock sugar to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare ingredients
Wash the rice and soak for 20 minutes. Rinse the red dates and remove the pits. Lightly rinse the dried longan.
2. Cook the rice
Place the rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
3. Add red dates
Add the red dates and simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add dried longan
Add the dried longan and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
5. Adjust sweetness
Add rock sugar if desired and stir until dissolved.
6. Serve
Cook until the rice becomes soft and the porridge reaches a creamy consistency.
