Ingredients:

· Fresh lily bulbs 150 g
· Celery 250 g
· Cashews 80 g
· Light soy sauce 1 tsp
· Salt to taste
· White pepper a pinch
· Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
· Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1. Prepare ingredients
Separate and wash the lily bulbs. Remove celery strings and cut into diagonal pieces. Slice the carrot.

2. Toast the cashews
Dry-toast the cashews in a pan over low heat until lightly golden. Set aside.

3. Blanch vegetables
Blanch celery and carrots for about 30 seconds, then drain.

4. Cook the lily bulbs
Heat oil and stir-fry the lily bulbs for about 1 minute.

5. Add vegetables
Add celery, stirring quickly over high heat.

6. Season
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper.

7. Add cashews
Stir in the toasted cashews and mix well.

8. Finish and serve
Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
