Ingredients:

· Dumpling wrappers 30 pieces
· Shiitake mushrooms 6–8 (soaked and finely chopped)
· Bok choy 200g (blanched and chopped)
· Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
· Sesame oil 1 tsp
· Salt to taste
· White pepper a pinch
· Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the mushrooms
    Soak shiitake mushrooms, squeeze dry, and finely chop.
  2. Prepare the bok choy
    Blanch bok choy briefly, cool, squeeze dry, and chop.
  3. Mix the filling
    Combine mushrooms and bok choy with soy sauce, salt, white pepper, sesame oil, and vegetable oil.
  4. Wrap the dumplings
    Place filling in wrappers, fold, and seal tightly.
  5. Cook the dumplings
    Boil dumplings in water until they float, then cook 1–2 more minutes.
  6. Serve
    Remove and serve warm, optionally with a light dipping sauce.
