· Asparagus 250 g

Instructions:

Prepare ingredients
Wash asparagus and trim the tough ends, then cut into 4 cm pieces. Slice braised tofu.

Blanch asparagus
Bring water to a boil and blanch asparagus for about 30 seconds, then drain.

Heat the pan
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Stir-fry tofu
Add tofu slices and cook for about 1 minute until lightly browned.

Add asparagus
Add asparagus and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Season and serve
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Toss evenly and serve.
