Plant-Based Wellness Tip

Chinese toon should always be briefly blanched before eating to reduce its natural nitrate content while preserving its aroma and nutrients. Handle the tofu gently during mixing to maintain its smooth texture. Fresh spring Chinese toon shoots offer the finest fragrance and the most tender texture.

Eat healthy, enjoy plant-based meals every week!
