Ingredients:

Dumpling wrappers, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, carrots (chopped)

Minced ginger, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce (to taste).

Instructions:

Clean and dice the shiitake mushrooms. Blanch the cabbage, squeeze out excess water, and chop finely.

Mix the diced mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots together. Add minced ginger, salt, sesame oil, and soy sauce, and stir well to combine.

Wrap the mixture into dumpling wrappers and steam or boil until cooked.
